    Oh god no don't hammer the frame haha

    And wheel spacers aren't that bad. Hell im still running my 1.5'' Allpros AND i rolled the truck with them on..just keep on eye on the bolt torque and they are fine.

    What rims are the tires coming on?? should rub the frame with your stock rims unless they are 2nd gen wheel?

    What ever you do, do NOT take a BFH to the frame. :eek:

    If the rubbing bothers you, 1/4 spacer with ET lugs is ok.... actual bolt-on spacers (can get as small as .75") is better.... better still would be new wheels with a negative off-set.

    I didn't think i should, but it was a option.
    I'll need longer studs for a 1/4'' spacer right?
    Stock 1st gen, my uncle wants to swap tires/wheels to get a little better power in his pre runner.

    Thanks silas, the rubbing does bother me, but i may run them anyway.
    I'd prefer as small a spacer as possible, i'm not a fan of wheels outside/under the edge of the fender.

    I am also a huge advocate of ET lugs for the front spacers. BIG TIME. the front studs are super short as it is. The ET lugs help grab a lot more. Im running them as well.

    And i would do .75 BOJA(think thats the company) spacers all around. It'll also widen the stance a bit and probably look pretty sweet.

    Yea id go with a full on spacer personally. The waffer ones..not..a great..spacer. And yes you would need longer front studs for that.

    Id do what i just posted above personally..but 1/4'' ones with longer studs is an option too.

    Id want the front and rears to match personally though

    longer studs would be a good idea, but I think ET (extended thread) lug nuts would be easier. Both options provide essentially the same outcome...

    im not sure ET lugs would work at all really with the waffer spacers :notsure:

    yea they look like a good spacer. Do they sell ET lugs too? My ETs are Allpros.

    Idk..maybe the slots cut for the studs wouldn't let the ET part of the ET Lug through?? :notsure:

    Probably wouldn't be a huge difference. I mean..this is 1.5'' for a 10.5'' wide tire..

    .75 would be just outside the fender id guess. Probably put the tread lugs even with it.

    I'm not a fan of real wide tires, i like the skinnier tires like ben's

    Hmm... That's a good point. Thought about that, but it seems 1/4" spacers are usually made to fit several different bolt patterns/sizes. Our trucks have relatively small studs at 12mm. :notsure:

    Either way. Good to stay away from 'em for sure...

    well. I guess if your handy with wood or have some PVC lying around make some .75 spacers just to put inbetween the wheel and hub and hand tighten down the wheel to see while on jackstands. Can't hurt.
