Hey Guys...Newbie here and was wondering if someone could help me with this.....

    2000 Toyota Tacoma SR5.

First Question - what is the part that called....it was bent and needs to be replace, it is what the skid plate attaches to and it looks like it needs to be welded in place.... Here is the picture of where it goes, I have circled where it was to better identify where it goes. Also do these caps at the end of the frame need to be replaced? What are they called and how difficult would this be??? (circled in green)

If anyone could help me out with these two questions I would really appreciate it as I am trying to get these parts ordered and get this thing back on the road ASAP!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the quick reply man, What about the horizontal bar that the skid plate connects to? You know what that is called?
