Well my thought atm is 3/16-1/4" plexi so that I can get the front half of my door advertisement stickers on the tube doors as well as my factory doors. I came up with this new tube door design due to the old one not being quite tall enough for my as an arm rest and with this addition I feel much safer with these over the old ones plus I like these much more and will have a bolt on mirror/cup holder option.. and its all DOM tubing lol Overkill? Maybe, but why not

Canvas would be! and id likely do both, but to mount it id probably use a flat head allen bolt thru the plexi that went into tabs welded to the door. Id likely do some sort of cargo bags on the inside of the door as well since you gain all kinds of extra leg room where the stock door used to be

Stealing the trash can fender liner idea.

I'm tired of my door jams being filled with mud.

went up to play a little in the hills. steep climb on Elephant hill kicked my ass. was muddy, I think I found the fault in duratracs.... dont like mud much... was sliding all over and slid off a crucial rock. crossed me up pretty bad next to a bit of a drop off. cut my loses and pulled line. popped right out. then at the top of Billmore Lake, Bob and I flexed out on a poser rock for a few pics. then i climbed a very cool ramp rock. fun day for sure.... I did find, my front output seal on the tcase is leaking.... so thats gotta be fixed.

Yeap pretty sure where pulled line is where I got a bit off trail without a winch a few years ago. That's a tricky spot for sure.
