This is my exact plan. Unless I totally fall in love with the hard top I'll be switching back to the soft top in the summer. I really loved my softopper but found a good deal on the hard top and couldn't pass it up.

I actually like the look of the hard topper better! not as easy to take on and off if you need to tho.

Surprisingly I feel the same way. I loved my softopper but after the switch I don't believe I'll be going back.

May be trading the Tacoma off for an FJ cruiser.

I know. I'm kind of sad too. Not 100% sure on trading it. If I do I will definitely be building the FJ up too.

Great build, I especially love your T4R build, that was a great looking vehicle. I sure the FJ will be just as great as your last builds, good luck.

Well this is the end of this build thread. Last Thursday I traded the Tacoma for an FJ cruiser. I was sad to see the Tacoma leave but I am LOVING the FJ so far. I kept my wheels and tires to put on the fj.

Already cutting on it.

It's been fun on here and I will still frequent this forum just have a different 4wd Toyota now.

Yeah as DarkShark mentioned it's long gone.
On a side note, Fabbing up a front bumper for the FJ.
Here is a rough idea of what I have in mind. The end result will look different, mainly sleeker/slimmer throughout the whole bumper. It will be tucked up as high as possible. This is just something we came up with just a couple measurements.
