    The day before MOAB I wanted to put my 10" kicker I had sitting around in the truck so i had some good tunes for the drive. I still needed to be able to use the full back seat so i went to put the sub in the cubby under the passenger rear seat and the amp in the cubby under the driver rear seat. The sub just fits, very very close to the seat above it and the 400w amp just squeezes in the smaller cubby. I did not have to trim anything for this other than take out the black piece around the cubby hole and cut back some carpet. The only downside now is that it rattles the truck a lot when it hits low so I am going to line the cubby in some air slowing cloth stuff.

    Just like that. Then there are 4 bolts that go through the holes where the black plastic piece went holding the mdf in the hole. The power and rem is ran under the trim panel on the driver side and the audio cables go on the passenger.

    like shit on a stick. rattled EVERYTHING. I lined the lip of the hole with weather stripping and it eliminated most of the rattle. I'm going to line the entire cubby with dyno mat to clean it up and eliminate the rattle with the lowest/odd notes. great sound quality it does not have, but there is no more compact way to get a sub back there and keep all of the space. yes, i can fold the seat down flat and sit on it. I just turn off the subs.
