also. drove it without shocks today for a bit...lol that was fun.

ALSO! Monte, since I know you get a little hard on when people ask about wiring...

I have about 4 small power wires running to my battery now, plus my big amp power wire. They run front LEDs, rock lights, cb radio and now rear LED. And some of those ground wires also run near the battery, out of convenience.

and as im sure you can imagine its a gross mess of wires running out of my fire wall and all wing nutted to the battery. What is the best way to clean all that shit up so its not a gross mess. I was smart and everything does have its own inline fuse.

    Several things..

    1) Get a power block. You just run power wire too it and then all your current power wires off it and your done. Fuse it as well..

    2) Fuse block. Like a Blue Sea one. I have one at home if you want it. Didn't end up using it. Mine also has a Ground wire block so you would connect ground and power wires too it. Holds the fuses, Route your wires off it to your stuff.

Use Common routes to things and loom the wires together and that will help clean it up a LOT.

so are you saying power block OR fuse block or both? I mean I bet if I pull the wires out and loom them together it will clean it up enough, considering each wire has a fuse in it already, and they all have the little loops on the end for the battery.

how do they typicality attach to the fuse block? with a male/female end? Or something else?

Most are ring terminals. The blue sea ones do.

Not both. Well...a fuse block is a power block but built in fuses. Power block, is just a power block. You'd have to keep fuses in line with the accessories.

    Ok. I figured so.

that would clean it up much nicer. Maybe Ill just loom them together now and see if I can get it decent haha.

My dad may not know a lot about truck, but he saw the battery and was like, thats just gross.

SURPRISINGLY! While I was fixing the shackles he came out and made a comment about why I didnt flip the u bolts...I just stared at him with amazement that he knew what a u bolt flip was hahaha

i definitely agree with the Blue Sea. I have mine and granted i am only running a few things off it but it definitely makes thing a lot easier and nicer looking. Hence:

oh yeah and my rig isnt really that dirty lol

Oh yeah and good job with the rear and tub job. Definitely looking forward to checking it out in the ab of the Mo. I dont have anything special this year. Next year i should be sitting pretty though. But i was able to fix my approach angle by a good amount:

Thanks man!! Its been a crazy last couple of months!

And is that your whole bumper haha! there isnt any thing there!

Oh ya! this is the ladies trail run ive been talking about, so there are 12 rigs going at the moment, all of them being driven by females...........

oh fuck i just realized what i just said.

k guys if you see on the news a massive explosion happened outside of boise...its because 12 women were driving off road vehicles at the same time in close proximity to each other.

my chance of survival for this Saturday is about 1.5%
LOL! Now why is that? Shes so excited to go, its great! It will be an interesting experience for sure though.

Speaking of my mom, you should have seen her out there when I had my truck at their house and my buddy was helping me fix the creepers. Now of course hes older...i dont know exactly, but i would guess late 20s...and my mom was offering to make tacos and popcorn for us at least 3 different times. bless her heart it was so funny. He had this look like "i havent been offered food by somone's mom in 8 years"
 who the fuck actually does that
