    started my custom cross shafts today

    ordered all the hardware for the cross shafts and shackles. also waiting on the drill bit and tap to finish them off and try them out hopefully soon.

    ok so got all my hardware in the mail today. 5/8 F911 for the cross shafts and 3/4 grade 8s for the shackles. also got the tap to thread the 5/8 into the steel. just need my 17/32 bit and i can start working on my shafts :D

    used a 4 pin trailer wiring harness so i can remove them whenever i need to. put it right at the body mount

    is there no inner washer? pics of it installed? sup with them shackles? Don't you need an offset shackle plate to cover the widened stock frame pivot width? or are you changing that to? Why not go over the frame? I dig your cross shaft idea man, super simple and beef. Let me know when you start your fab shop, i'll be your fist custi.
