90 toy 5vzfe TRD

5vz-fe with a TRD SC on top

New to site looking for guidance... i have a 90 toy that has a 97 3.4lsc v6. the problem i am running into is uppon reaching opperating temp motor looses 30-40% of its power... could this be related to the electronic temp sensor by the fuel rail in the intake. anyone have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
