It is super convenient for work and road trips.

The plugs are just lines to the actual inverter underneath my drivers seat. I got the little black plug pieces from some cheap walmart inverter. USB drive was from sierra expeditions.

I need to rethink my inverter placement. I have way to many devices under my seat currently.

need some opinions or ideas. I got this 20" rigid light bar for a good deal. For my front set up I am considering:

1.) relocate winch box inside the engine compartment. Mount my D2s upside down on the top of my arb and the 20" light bar in place of the winch box

2.) get an MX style grill insert, put the light bar behind the grill and leave the rest as is.

don't really have time for the satoshi thing….

here is pic of the mx grill insert i found on the web and my current setup

thoughts? ideas?

decided on mounting the light bar to the bumper not inside the grill. ordered everything from rigid and should see it monday.

remounting the solenoid in the engine compartment is gonna suck….

picked up the truck from a body shop that owed me some favors today. looks brand freaking new!!!! was raining when I got it, but can already see all the rock chips and scratches are totally gone. My tailgate was too far gone for repairs, but got a new one on CL today.

Too much to do!!

You've already got aftermarket coils. While the Icons would be nice, I'd get something I don't already have.

Cbi has a much faster turn around time, and the trail rider 1.0 takes wieght into consideration

Nice build, keep it up.

Question for you, did you find a "how to" for the tundra brake upgrade?
I've heard of it but never found a detailed walk through on what is involved.

Thanks!

It was super easy. 231 mm calipers and rotors from rock auto. i think it was a 95 tundra. The part number tells you the caliper size, look for 231 in the part number. Get some the new brake lines from wheelers off road in WA. Everything bolts on. Only funny business was the heat shield, which a vice grip fixed very fast.

Do it! so much more stopping power!
