Your truck looks good mike! Makes me miss my Jeep. I'm guessing you didn't go with the trd s/c for your spring purchase?

    Well,
I guess I was on hiatus for a little while, mostly waiting on some fun monies to trickle in

Just ordered 4xInnovations DOM sliders, and about to take advantage of BudBuilt's free shipping and get their full underarmor :D.

Also contemplating Snorkel, or LED lighting on the roof, we'll see

Starting to get a stockpile of parts.... Got the sliders and skids sitting here, and I just ordered my rear springs today. Decided to go with Dakars.... New ring and pinion gears will be order in the next week or two. It'll all be waiting on warmer weather to get installed.

    I know, right ???

Work constantly gets in my way man... I have a 2 week Hawaii trip coming up on the 16th, so I'm taking my boy camping this weekend. I'm not expecting to get much of this stuff put on until April sometime or later.

I view camping with my kid equally important to working on the truck, or more.... gotta make sure he grows up with an appreciation and consideration for the outdoors ;)

Also expecting to lineup some electrical work. I'll probably be ordering 2 gel cell batteries, battery isolator, battery monitoring system and a blue sea aux fuse panel.

Yeah i hear that! Have you thought about putting him in the boy scouts? thats what really made me love camping and the out doors. And learned a lot about the woods and how to survive and what not.

Is that all you need for a dual battery set up? been wondering about this for a little while, I don't have a need for it yet but just planning for down the road.

You can run dual battery technically without doing anything. You're electrical system will just pull near equal current draw from both batteries. You run an isolator, which is essentially a diode between the two, that prevents any accessories drawing on the secondary from drawing on the primary but allows it to charge. run you're aux fuse panel off the secondary, as well as your winch, anything you view as non critical operations run off the aux fuse panel, and there you have it.

4.56 Nitro Gears ordered from ECGS, should be at my doorstep in a day or two.

Looking at my schedule, I've got another trip in April, I'm going to try and get these installed before June. Might get the new leafs installed before then, but probably not the skid plates and sliders, those will have to wait probably until mid summer I'd guess, we'll see.
