Long Travel Pitiful 96 4x custom 3.5"

Hey guys im sort of feeling the market out there, to see if anyone is interested in long travel, for the daily driver? I fabbed a set that bolt in with no major upgrades, eg; shocks, expensive axles, fender flares. I have been researching more about similar kits, cost buku $. I am an average dude just trying to stomp the competition in cost. if there are a few interests I will be patenting! To take to the next level.

If this is the kit you're thinking about "selling," do everyone a favor and stop before you kill someone.

If I'm correct, you don't even gain any noticeable travel since you are using stock replacement shocks. Its just wider for no reason.especially with those stock length CVS.

all of those "major" upgrades are necessary...upgrades

longer arms won't do much without a longer axle, the axle itself will limit travel

which wouldn't get the travel necessary without longer shocks anyway

which wouldn't perform as well as a LT kit in the first place, with no gusseting or strengthened parts in the first place, everything would just break

fender flares accommodate the wider stance and greater uptravel...

and the difference between lt shocks and "normal" shocks arent only length... theyre specifically designed for LT use, with heavier duty parts, completely different valving; there's a reason people run triple bypasses/RR coilovers rather than 5100's

not to shit on your parade OP, I'm not a LT guru but I think you should take a step back and do some more research

assuming the shock is mounted the same distance from the lower arm pivot as stock, then you would get maybe another inch or so at the wheel.

That is assuming the sketchbag lower shock tabs don't tear off first.

Guys guys guys...you're missing the point. It's a long travel for the daily driver. None of that shit matters. It's all about bitches.
Honestly I think 3.5" wheel spacers would be safer.

I'll make up for it by getting a fox racing shock decal and put it on my back window as well as a pair of truck nuts

I saw him out at prairie city in the dirt today, not a pretty kit at all but he did Rhomp on it pretty hard and it held up. Interested to see how long it last and if op beefs it up.

OP please clarify if the kit will in fact include these. If so are we able to order a smaller size? These may drag a bit at full compression.
