Started with this pristine 2002 TRD Xtra Cab with only 27K miles. Other than the external auto trans cooler, Snug Top camper and Valley tow receiver it was bone stock.

Installed a 3" EZ Lift. Don't ever buy one.

BFG All Terrain KO's.

600-800 lbs. on stock leafs with an AAL...not good.

Old truck...

New truck...

Don't install a spacer lift.

At full droop...

Do it right the first time.

Set at "0" at full droop...

3" AllPro Expedition leafs = over 5" lift.

Good lookin rig! How do you like the ride of the expos so far? I have been of the debate of the dakars with AAL vs the expos but I haven't seen too many people with the expos. Also I am interested in your roof rack/laod bar set up. I'm looking to put some rails/towers/crossbars on my camper as well but havent found any luck on where to look.

Nick - Check yakima.com for the racks. Mine are a combination of the landing pads, control towers, 58" cross bars, large fat cats and load stops. The website should be able to direct you to an authorized local dealer or web dealer. I like the ride on the Expos both on and off road. They surprisingly ride better than the stock leafs with the ProComp AAL. I specifically needed something to handle 600 lbs. of weight without dropping too much so the Dakars were out of the question. A buddy of mine runs the Dakars and they will drop a lot with only half the weight I carry.

Beautiful truck! Billys and ToyTech coils were a smart choice. I love mine. And I think All Pro Expos may be in my future after seeing how they handle a load... Keep it up man!
