looks like my retros will be shipping soon so hopefully next week can have those installed. also bought a can of mystic gold paint to color-match my grille. havent seen any gold tacomas with the grille matched and i think itll look good with the bhlm/retros.

wanted to do else something to my truck and what mods are better than free ones?? cut about 15" out of the antenna. one of those subtle touches that makes it look much better imo. havent tested reception but i never listen to the radio anyway

Helper springs as in these? Or the type of helper springs to prevent axle-wrap?

    Okay, gotcha.

My stock leafs with an add-a-leaf are starting to sag again, and I'm looking at these or AllPro Expos...

What's your opinion on ride quality, weight capacity, and flex?

i bought the truck with factory, negative arc springs so anything was an improvement. but i love how these feel and ride. i have a couple flex pics on the last page, no trail pics tho. flex would be better without the helpers but if you run the d6xl it should help prevent sag and handle more weight, without limiting flex

had a chance last night to tweak my headlights. drivers side was slightly tilted instead of being horizontal (enough to bother me anyway). got them both nearly perfectly horizontal now.

How did you adjust them? Actually adjusting the projector or the screws that adjust the headlight assembly? Mine don't make a strait line (close to it) because the passenger side is slightly angled. I'm not sure if I should adjust the projector or the entire assembly.

Also, do your high beams work? Mine don't.
When I turn my headlights on they seem to flash bright for a second, then slowly get brighter. Kinda like it takes a couple seconds for them to warm up. Do yours do this? I'm worried that my lights are in "Hi Beam" mode at all times.
