^^that is correct! I've been busy making room for the new boots. They are finally on!! A little more tubbing this weekend and I'll be good to go. Still have to find a solution to plugging the holes in the fenders from the old flairs. Anyone have any good ideas?

^ to much wheel gap for my liking haha. I'm more a fan of the low and wide theme than big and tall.

I have been wondering if you could jb weld sheet metal pieces behind each hole then fill the holes sand and bedliner? Eventually I want to cut mine.

Look forward to seeing your changes!

That might look hacks unless you have really nice metal pieces cut out. Plastic plugs work for most of the holes. Plus inner fender liners....even without the plugs it keeps the engine cleanish

    That made so much sense.

Yeah... Not sure if I want to bed line that high either on the fender. I think it might look funny. Who knows...haha. Ill find something in the future, but for right now, 10" needs to come off the box this weekend haha

I meant metal pieces on the inside of the fenders just to hold the filler so you wouldn't see them?

I agree try and put inner fenders in though, I ran without one of mine for a few months one winter and it was messy! haha

Ya, I knew what you were getting at. I had considered that, and might still do that. Just to make it look OEM is the question haha. Crap

    The latest and greatest....

Spent all last night cutting the fenders. Took 1 3/4" off the front and 1" off the rear. Removed fender liners and ground everything smooth. Finished product!

Went for a little stroll down the gravel road by my place this evening

Decided to get twisted up in the ditch and check my clearances. 1 3/4" worked out perfect in the front! The rear has nothing to worry about. Plenty of room.

    Full stuff and full droop

A little more tubbing this weekend and I'll be good to go. I've been thinking about totally removing then entire section of inner fender wall against the fire wall and tubbing they back into the cab of the truck. Making it completely smooth, one piece of metal. That's my weekend project, along with bobbing the bed if I can find someone to hold the box/tailgate back up so I can tack it. Hmmm

I think this ones my favourite! I have now joined the "chirty fivv" class hahah
