Rear bumper and frame reinforcement plates in. I have to put the overload leafs back in my dakars now to help with the weight. Just need to relocate the shocks.

I think it fixed my lean also

Truck looks awesome man!! Question about your gears. What did you end up going with?? 4.88's? And you added an auto locker in the back? Or an LSD? And left the front open?

I am running 4.56s and have a Detroit truetrac (LSD) in the rear with an open front. If I could do it again, I would have put an arb locker in and 4.88s. I am taching around 3k rpm at 75mph, so I figured it would be closer to 3250 rpm at 75 with the lower gear. But I would have that little extra power that my truck needs on the highway and street. But for offroading the 4.56 works great.
The LSD works very well until I lift a wheel, then I try the ebrake trick and have minimal success. Its still better than an open rear.

Yeah, I would have trashed the spare in the stock location (if it even fit) and I hated it in the bed of the truck.

I'm struggling with the 4.10's 4hi is damn near useless. If I'm on a hill my truck will just stall out. Also my gas mileage is suffering with the 33's. I'm lucky to get 12mpg. Think I might just do a lunchbox locker in the back, And 4.88's.

Yeah my gas mileage is decent with the 4.56s. I get around 17 with mixed driving on my 33s and it doesn't get much better on the interstate due to high rpms at 70+ mph. I recently put some steel wheels and 31s on it for commuting. Now I am getting around 20 mpg. 4hi still sucks and I will stall on hills too. That was why I think 4.88s would be better.

Getting a solid 21 mpg on the little wheels averaging 75-80mph @ 3-3.4k rpm

Well I am on per diem for the next 3-1/2 months with mileage being reimbursed so collecting @ $105 per day gives me some truck money. I debated between icons, kings and fox. It just seemed that king has the better reputation and I already cheaped out the first time with OME. They aren't bad, but the coils are not strong enough for my current setup. Also the coilovers will let me cure the stupid lean.

I almost went OME but coil overs have way more potential and versatility. It was a no brainer. You'll love them dude!

How much better are the H4 conversion headlights than the sealed beams? My adjusters and everything are all rusted and shot so I need to upgrade in the near future.

Man, they are twice as bright with a wider beam. High beams are great also. I'll try to post some night pics when it gets dark.
