Got the keys at 312,000 miles
New Denso spark plugs and an STP air filter @ 312,050
5w-40 Shell Rotella T6 synthetic and Purolator filter oil change @ 312,650
Prestone coolant change @ 312,650
Transmission and differential fluid change @ 313,150
5w-40 Rotella T6 and Toyota filter change @ 315,100
Toyota tailgate cables @ 316,120
(3/20/14) 5w-40 Rotella T6 and Toyota filter change @ 320,200
(5/13) BrakeBest pads and rotors @ 322,230

As purchased:




Changed the oil to Rotella t6, Denso plugs, air filter, coolant flush, had the transmission and differential fluid changed, new General tires, and a thorough cleaning:




Grabbed a second-hand bug guard, too:

Finally got it tinted 20% on the door glass, new pinstriping, and added a set of great condition Toyota mudflaps. I see it as complete now so unless I get a wild hair for air-ride, I'm done.

Yeah it runs and rides excellent to this day and doesn't leak or burn a thing.
You are right; 1962 F-100, straight 6, 3 on the tree and runs and drives well.
