I like having a swingout on the rear bumper (as you know) but they aren't for everyone. Some people don't like the hassle of needing to open it everytime you need to open the tailgate. If you're in and out of the bed a lot, a swingout might not be ideal. You do need to consider the extra weight and leverage forces that get applied to the rear frame. I highly recommend rear frame plates or frame boxing if you run a swingout. Also, the weight will slightly change the dynamics of the truck off road. Nothing bad at all in my case, but just felt a little different than it did before the swingout. You'll get used to it quickly. But I love not having a spare tire taking up bed space or getting muddy under the truck where it's a PITA to get it out.

As always Adam, I really appreciate the feedback

When I go camping, the bed is full as it is. Now if I throw a big azz 33x12.50 back their, that's just going to take up precious space....GRRRR.. decisions, decisions.

:D You're a bad influence sir  lol
