You've left the corners of the radiator unprotected. An aftermarket skid will help but will still leave a lot exposed. Losing a radiator on the trail would suck.

Also the mounting looks iffy for winching. Looks like 3 bolts per side. The bolt on the front (end of the frame) is not strong at all. And the two on the side is pretty light material too. You should really try to add some kind of mounting that uses the lower frame holes where the tow hooks are.

 

I'll look into making new mounting. Thanks man. Well I know that bumber I welded from relentless won't cut it with a winch.

Nope not yet! I think im going to leave it open for awhile. These pics do it no justice. And im about to add more mounting for my lifting eye i had cut from work

I really like how you did the turn signals. Is that going to affect plating it though?

 

yeah im pretty sure it will! I dont think im going to! Maybe just the bottom with my logo cut into it. Im not really sure man. Once i get a torchmate plasma table im making a all plate bumber
