Decided on Paul's CO's. Going to save the money for other shit I need. ADS would have been nice but I don't think I wheel hard enough to warrant them :notsure:

Chris, review and link on your headlights you installed. Might order some new ones.

They're ok but I wouldnt buy them again unless I had to. I had to get a one piece though because my grill broke where the corner light anchors and it kept falling out.

You have to cut your grill (mine was already broke where one of the cuts needed to happen) if you're ok with that. And the output kind of sucks, even with the brightest bulbs I could find, its still a bit sketchy driving at night. If you get then, do the projector mod before you install. Would look bad ass.

    Very easy install

Quick question on the LAST loose end I need to tie off before starting the install:

Looking for a good place to run coolant to the Turbo. think what Im going to do is remove the bypass hose (#13 in fig below) and run that straight to the turbo and have the turbo return run to the IAC valve (where #13 runs to originally).

That's confusing.... What does the pressure and flow rate look like in that particular hose?
I would honestly rather put like 2 or 3 oil coolers in series and call it a day instead of messing with the coolant lines but that's just me :D

Yeah, I have might sights set on a good oil cooler but the oil only cools the bearings. The water jacket keeps the heat from bleading over off the hot side.

The hose goes to the TB and many ppl actually remove it as its only needed in northern states (keeps the IAC from freezing iirc). Its not a vital system so my anxiety is low.

I think that #13 is perfect. Depending on how many water ports are on you turbo (mine has 4) you may need to clock your turbo just a tad so that the outlet is a little higher than the inlet.

Only two. Oil is top to bottom and water connections are on the side. As long as the lines fit the provided fittings... Crossing my fingers.

If not I'm sure a local hardware store has the adapter fittings needed.
I need to get a turbo blanket quick because the heat that comes off of that sucker is impressive. I'm sure that setup is pretty fail safe though

    I recommend these >>> http://ptpturboblankets.com/

I have the DEI Titanium turbo blanket as well, and the construction of the PTP is far superior.

Thanks dude but I'm probably going to get a cheap titanium one from ebay. As long as my AC hose doesn't melt and my hood doesn't get hot enough to jack up my paint (more) then I'll be happy.

So finally got the car to pass inspection  and now can tear into the truck. Dropping the diff to swap oil pans. Couldn't get the drive shaft off, gonna have to wait to try again later this week.

After two hours of wrestling, called in some help. Got the diff out about halfway but got caught up on the steering rack. I wasn't thinking and shifted the rack over without supporting the diff. Diff came crashing down about a foot from my head
