I just GOT the welder. Hahaha. I didn't want to be in a hurry and screw something up. Sorry man. I do appreciate the offer. As for the winch, I actually went with the Smittybuilt instead because I got a super-sweet deal at Autoanything. I like it because the control box can be remotely located if needed as well.

I have the hoop, and will install it later. I am still in a personal debate on it. Haven't decided yet. Good thing about it, I can easily add it later if I want to.

Hey thanks! She appreciates the comments!

Next up will be the on-board air system, 4.56 gears, and switching out the open rear diff to an e-locker.

This evening I finished taking apart the 99 prerunner e-locker differential, and replaced the gears with 4.56 Yukon gears. I also stripped out the electrical harness, switch, and 4wd computer. I plan on making this e-locker look as if it were factory on my truck. It will operate exactly like the factory e-locker, and I will even have the cluster wired up for the "locker" light. Tomorrow I should be reinstalling the 3rd member into the housing, and then getting the housing installed into Lil Beast.

I get so much going on that I totally forgot I had a build thread! Hahaha. Here is a recent photo pairing that shows before I touched her, and how she is now...
