    Thanks man!

I saved that link for checking out in detail. Damn that looks good. Im sure I can make that with less weight. As long as it's 100 lbs or less I'll be happy. You have the 6ft bed so the sleeping platform makes sense in your application... cannot even imagine trying to sleep my 6ft self in the 5 ft bed LOL.

So you bringing up weight has me thinking, maybe I should do half of the bed instead of the whole thing. It's really more for the long guns and small things that need to stay secure and dry. Don't think I'll need near that heavy duty of sliding system either. And it looks like a PITA to install.

Btw did you change your sig pic? I like it. Always on Tapatalk, so don't always get to see that stuff...

I like what you are suggesting. That will be pretty slick. You know, as far as using bins, vs a drawer system, you could still make just a hinged door on the back end. Throw a lock on it and it is secure. But with your idea I guess you'll have locks on the whole thin anyways.

If you are considering something used, I might have something for you.

I am looking for a good home for my backup camera. It is a Canon DSLR. The 20D model. Its in pretty good shape and comes with lenses. In fact, could probably do a kit, with a couple of lenses, CF cards, battery charger and a camera case and all. Let me know if this is something you might consider.

John, read that you had trouble fitting the TG front bumper. Did you have to do any cutting/grinding? I know plate bumpers require it. Also, how heavy is the TG front? I'm starting to dig the look of the low profile TG more and more.

never did quite line it up to the body, but tbh I don't think anyone else would notice, just me haha. All the bolts are in there and it is sturdy x1000. Cool ass bumper and at the right price, go for it!

One thing I did do that helped with aligning it as well as I did, was using the hilift jack to keep upward pressure. Can't remember the weight but I muscled it on ok and I'm 5'11 145

Either way you'll be happy. I do think tires will get you further than a bumper. Wheels are going to be just aesthetic if you are only swapping the wheel part of the equation. At least with a bumper you'll have better approach angle and a sturdier platform.

Went on a drive with one of my pups this weekend. Hiked around and tested out the new camera.

That first pic did come out goofy... I'll have to check but it looks like a change in the history stack was turned on that should have been off. Oh well.

I'm not sure the shipping on something this size would be worth it but I'll see what kinds of quotes I can get.

Small changes coming soon. Got the CBI reinforcement plates in the mail today. Gonna have those installed next Tuesday... AND... I figured while the guy will already welding in the same general vicinity, I thought I'd go ahead and have him pop in a new crossmember to relocate shocks. I have two sets of the TG tabs, one for the tube crossmember and one for the axle housing. I am again of standing on the shoulders of giants with this mod :spy:... ahem... nothing unique here.

But Pretty stoked to get a little more droop in the rear as well as not stress about bending my frame with all the weight.

Will add the obligatory photos once I get everything dialed in.
