I'll put them to use this weekend! So far so good. Makes it harder to get in and out because I'm too tall to use them as steps. What flares are you thinking?

So, I went to Shoe Creek with all the east coast TW dudes this weekend. It was sick. Wind chill around 0 I'd assume and a whole lot of snow made it awful. Took a girl on our second date there, which was probably the dumbest thing I've ever done, but it worked out.

Met travis to put on his all pro bumper before we went and it ended up taking a little longer than we thought. We ended up hauling ass to shoe and got there around 10. Setting up a tent in the pitch dark in cold ass weather in the snow in the mud... gross. Worst night of sleep of my life.

Went to park my truck in the last spot I could find and ended up sliding down the hill sideways. I had to fold in my mirror to get into the spot. The next morning, I had to have Travis use his tow strap to keep me from sliding into the tree as I pulled out.

We did my diff breather extension that morning in preparation for the creek crossings. I'll get a pic later.

Then we went out and had fun! I was the only stock suspension guy there, but I tore it up. Cleared a ton of things some bigger guys got stuck on and drove out of there with just a few scratches. Proud of myself, thanks to my stock locker and sliders!

My stupid saggy stock suspension goes full stuff over nothing...

I also ended up finally giving my rear springs their death blows. They're both fully negative now and I'm getting a terrible wheel hop issue when I'm hard on the brakes, which sucked coming back down the mounting after the trip.

All of us at the end of the trail before we split ways.

All in all, it was the coolest thing I've ever done and it was awesome meeting all those dudes. I can't wait to wheel some more with all of them!

Also got a video of the one obstacle that wasn't hard but I managed to mess up, haha.
