Is there any reason a cb drop is less desirable than axle shims? If they both accomplish the same effect of adjusting the pinion angle?

I work at Shade Hotel. I was driving home and I saw your truck with the silver springs peeking out and had to stop and check it out. Looks great!

Nice! Btw I helped someone with UCA last weekend... Lots of hitting things with hammers and torches.

 

I took the easy way out and had a shop do it...from what I've heard removing the balljoint can be tough

notice much of a ride difference with the new uca's? im thinking about picking some up.. but they are a little pricey!

 

They definitely weren't cheap, but I noticed a huge difference in handling. I can corner at high speeds again and there's no issue with the balljoints binding when I hit dips while cornering. The steering is also way more responsive, and will be even nicer after I replace the bushings.

Also they look cool. Totally worth $569 IMO, couldn't justify the TC or Icon price tag

Been awhile, recently I replaced the valence because it looked like and got the windows re-tinted





Also debadged but I can't get the crap off. Any suggestions?

Next big thing will be some used coilovers, the 5100's ride like a brick. And the taco lean is driving me nuts
