Cutting Square Tubing

I'm looking to build some Jerry Can racks but I'm unsure of the best way to cut 1"x1/16" square tubing. All I have right now is a dremel which would be largely worthless. Yard sale season is starting soon so I was thinking a chopsaw.

I already have a MIG welder so that isn't an issue. The way I see it, making some can holders will only improve my welding skills.

Thanks.

If at first you don't succeed, don't try skydiving
