Blake's 2003 Xtra Cab Build

I bought this truck August 24, 2013 with 95,500 miles on it. It's a 2003 Xtra Cab V6 4x4 with an automatic transmission. It needed new suspension when I bought it but other than that, I planned to leave it stock... Until I found the thread for Moab Rock Therapy 2014. I started building the truck to be able to handle what I wanted it to do in Moab. Turns out, I'm not making the Moab trip this year but that doesn't mean I'm not going to keep building it. I'm extremely happy with where the truck is at right now. There's a few little things I want to get taken care of before I throw any more big money at it. I don't have pictures of all the mods I've done but I'll get caught up soon.

Interior:
Pioneer DEH-80PRS
ProClip iPhone 5s Mount

Armor:
CBI Moab 1.0 WIY Front Bumper
4xInnovations HREW Sliders with Kickout
BudBuilt IFS Skid

Suspension:
Front OME Nitrocharger with OME 881 Coils
Rear OME Nitrocharger with Dakar Leafpack

Drivetrain/Brakes:
Rear ARB Locker

Wheels/Tires:
285/75/16 BFGoodrich KM2s
255/85/16 Cooper Discoverer ST (Spare)

Upcoming Mods:
Extended Rear Brake Line (Received)
Spidertrax 1.25" Spacers (Ordered)
Change to 882 Coils
CBI Outback 1.0 Rear Bumper with Swingout
Bed Rack

P0304 code. Misfire in cylinder #4. Accompanied by violent vibrations. Guess I'll change the spark plugs and see if that helps any.

Got the spark plugs changed yesterday at 110,465 miles. The stock plugs were still in there. Seemed to fix the issue until this morning when I drove to work. Made it only a couple miles from my apartment and the thing started shaking violently again. Got out and couldn't see anything obvious. Drove back to the apartment and called in to work. Turns out I didn't get #2 wire all the way seated. So I wasted a personal day but oh well. At least the truck is running again. It's idling a couple hundred RPMs lower than before but nothing major. I'll take care of that this weekend.

Thanks man. It will probably be a while before anymore big mods happen to this thing. Getting a new place in about 2 months and it's going to take all my money for a while. Got my new rear brake line in from All Pro the other day and going to order some Spidertrax spacers in the next couple of weeks. After that it will be small maintenance things (tie rod ends, brake job, etc) and some wheeling while I'm saving for the CBI rear bumper with swingout.

I hear ya man, going back to school fulltime, so not much money in my immediate future but now that I have the welder I hope to do a lot of stuff for much cheaper, just by spending a little extra time and sweat!

I'll keep an eye on your build - it's all the little things that bring it all together. Cbi rear bumper... That'll be Pretty slick

Ordered my Spidertrax spacers this morning. Should have full turning once they get here. Also have my extended rear brake line to put on as well so I can have full rear droop.

Haven't done much of anything to the truck. Still just a growing pile of parts I need to get installed. Was going to order new LBJs and inner/outer TREs to help get the slop out if the front end along with my steering rack bushings. But I went to Ghettotown USA and had my truck broken I to. Smashed my driver door window in and stole my camera. So the truck is inthe shop now getting new glass, new door panel, new tiny all the way around, and getting the big ass dents popped out of the driver side.

Thanks man! That was about 5 minutes after I picked it up from the detail shop. I can assure you it is nowhere near that clean now haha. May have to clean it up for another picture after the supercharger/7th injector/headers project in a few months.
