Got bull bar installed today. It's completely temporary until I build front and rear bumpers something over the summer. I wanted something that I could mount a light bar to. I will be ordering a 22'' light bar next week.

A couple weeks ago I got sick of the stock head unit so I went and got a bluetooth receiver.

I just ordered an Ultraguage. It will be here friday. I received all my ball joints and inner and outer tie rods today. My polyurathane bushing kit shows up friday. Looks like I have a bit of work to do this weekend. Should be a lot of work, but it will drive like a new truck.

Any one have any experience with a rear axle relocation kit? Are they good? Would you advise getting one?

Do you need it? There is nothing to them, just a plate with a new centering pin and a couple holes in it. Nothing really good or bad about them. If you need to relocate the axle, they do the job. I'm using them on my truck, but only because my lift didn't center the axle in the wheel wells.

It's a good thing that I have them coming :D

I was noticing today that the wheel doesn't seem to be centered in the wheel well. Who makes some that I can buy?

I was under the truck today and notice that i had an axle seal leaking. It's torn apart right now. I don't have a press so the axle is at a shop getting the outer seal pressed in. It should be back together tomorrow morning.

That's a bunch of road grime on the lights. Ha ha. They salt the roads pretty good here in utah.

That was my first choice. The bottom of the mount covers the rear locker button a little bit, but it's still functional.

I found it inconvenient there as you need to access the rear buttons and when its somewhat flush mounted its a pain in the butt.

I had to order a new passenger rear axle shaft today. I blew an axle seal the other day. when I took it to have the old seal and other pieces pressed off and back on they found that some idiot used a torch and force to get it off. Once all the components were off they found that the same idiot ground the axle shaft, which prevented the components from staying in place.

If anyone in the utah area has an axle shaft sitting around I would be willing to buy it from you. I'd like to be able to get it put back together today.

anything can fit with enough fabrication, There are people with chevy V8's and twin turbo straight six under the hood and you wouldn't even know at first glance.

my question was more along the lines of dropping a diesel straight in, with little to no fabrication work.
