    So my first Tacoma is a massive project. Its a 98 SR5 with about 180,000. It was obviously rolled a few times, but I found a cab and bed at a local junkyard and have made a lot of progress. Only been working on it about a month so far but I'm just down to reassembly at this point.

    I have no idea why you say it was rolled.. That would buff out!!

    I hope to have it road worthy by the end of the month, then paint and additions after that. I'll add pictures as I make progress.

    Got her back from the shop today. new clutch installed and new wheels put on. windshield and paint are next.

    great work! Looks like a fun project! I may have a 2015, but hope someday I'll come across something like this with the time to do what you have done. Mostly with my son when he is older though

    my dad helped me a lot with this one. we did it right in his backyard, no shop or nice tools. it was a lot of work but worth it in the end.
