These trucks are weak...go buy a car.

 

I redid my muffler. My old flowmaster was lame and to quiet so I decided for something louder. I installed a Thrush Glasspack and dumped it before the axle. I got a comment today from a guy with a wrx saying is there a wrx muffler under there lol. Pics to come soon.

Question: When you put on the Jeep wheels did you have to do any mods to the wheels?
What about the hub center hole?
Did you have any problem with the lugs coming loose?

Updates:

I color matched my grille inserts to match my rims, Installed the stock muffler back on (its nice to be quiet again), Re-did my tint on my tail lights, and made my door panels camo. Pics to come soon.

 

1st set of pics will show the painted grille inserts and my re tinted tails.

 

2nd set interior shots with the pics on the new fabric I installed on the door panels.

 

And the 3rd set of pics to show how new my truck is still. I got her with 68K.

 

what rims and tires are you currently using? or as currently as the signature pic. im wanting to put some different wheels on my 98 2wd. i guess im going to try to make a prerunner out of it. lol

 

There 16''x7 5zigen Street Fighters I think like -40 offset with 245/60R16 General Altimax HP Tires. The wheels are currently for sale.

 

Oh and also Picked up a set of 4x4 fenders w/ flares from taco me elmo today. There going on the truck with the jeep wheels again until I sell my 5zigens and find a set of nice offroad wheels.

 

Glad to hear you're going back to the Jeep rims. Not that the ones you currently have aren't sweet. I still love mine (Jeep rims).

We spoke earlier last year about the rubbing with the 235's/225's. Are you going to go back with the same size tires? If so, are you planning to do any more mods to reduce the rubbing issues? I have the 1.5" lift and still have occasional rubbing, especially on the drivers side.

Looking forward to seeing the new fender flares.

How much are you asking for the 5Zigens and tires? any clearance issues with the 16s? still have the 14s mine had on it when i got it, ready for something else.
