Well I haven't done much yet but here we go.

    Mods so far:

    TRD wheels

    I got it September of 2008 with 146,000 miles. 2001 v6 xtra cab 5 speed SR5 4x4.

Oldest pic I have, back in July of '09 in angel fire NM:

    IMG_1765_782bbc792e79e40f75c06a4e83d0bf594b9eb731.jpg

First I painted the stock wheels black and the centers silver.

Then came the deck plate mod:
    IMG_2180_5eb96624391db586d9626a52a7edc11fa195a62c.jpg

Then the Dynomax Super Turbo part# 17748

A few days later I decided to start blacking out the chrome on the bumpers and grille, so I ordered a black grille of ebay and painted the bumpers.

In the process of paining the front bumper, I found that the truck had been in a minor fender bender. Oh well.

    done with the front:

Next I moved on to the back. I painted the bumper then added some herculiner in the area by the license plate because I step there a lot.

Thanks! The deck plate mod is definitely one of my favorite mods so far.

All of those pics were taken in NM. The snow ones are in the Sandia mountains, first one is in Angel Fire NM, and the rest are either at my house or out in the "Puerco" (20 miles from my house).

Your build is comming along great as well. I'll be following it.

    Thank you.

Here are a few links to some info on the deck plate mod. You basically cut a hole in your air box and replace it with a deck plate so that you can re-close the hole if you will be going through any kind of deep water. It is very easy and adds about 5 hp, plus a great sound in the upper RPM's:D

Got the diff breather mod done

    0411101154a_8906036bcb541482f4e134aa6083ecd51ffae765.jpg

And me being partly retarded, put the breather right where the gas door latch is. So some time with the dremel to remove some of the excess metal on the little clip thing solved the problem.

Very nice build, I like the blacked out bumbers. How do you like the Dynomax superturbo? Is it deeper sounding? and any Hp gains?

    Thanks.
According to my butt dyno, there was a small HP increase and the sound is great. It is pretty quiet compared to something like a flowmaster but its perfect for me. Definitely deeper sounding.

I know, I need to wash the truck then I'll paint them. I also need to install all the new suspension so I can just make a day of it.
