NIIIIICCCCCEEEE. How did you make all of the electronics work? did you just put some wires into the fuse box? I would love some heated seats.

    Haven't gotten there yet.

But I'm just going to run wires from the seats to switches then from the switches to wires behind the dash that are fed by the ignition being on.

That way if I accidentally leave the heated seat switches on, they'll still turn off with the truck.

I'm definitely going to confer with much smarter guys about this first though.

That's a good plan. I'd also use a relay on the heated part as I'm sure they draw a lot of amps

Yeah im sure its like mounting up fog lights. Im sure you can google the amout of draw the heaters have and buy a relay that will handle it. Good luck with that man. Dont set your ass on fire!

Really think that finished the interior for your truck. Looks great. Those look like they support way more than the Tacoma seats.

Thanks a lot, I appreciate it.

    It's been fun.

Haven't done anything to it since putting the new seats in but I do have a hitch sitting in my garage waiting to be installed.

Not much but it's been so long since I've contributed to this thread...

...but I added a rear hitch so now I have a rear recovery point (and the ability to tow, if need be).

Kind of a PITA install since the torx bolts under the bumper were seized. 45acp ended up grinding them down, cutting shit up and welding the facking thing to my bumper.

And of course I got to spray paint it :)

Trust me, I ask a lot of dumb questions... and Jon's face/reaction is priceless.

But he literally asked the dumbest question of the two days...

"Do you have any spray paint?"
