The frame was swiss cheese and since Toyota was nice enough to replace it, I went ahead and added OME struts/881s and Wheeler's aal/Nitro shocks

I then added a Kobalt toolbox(this will be painted black in the spring) that took away bedspace, requiring me to find a solution to carry the bikes

Nice suspension! Yes, those wheels would be much better in black. If you want to spend the money, powdercoat them!

And to further enhance cargo area, I lost the middle tray and replaced w/ a LoadWarrior basket

Which brings me to today and my next moves:
    1. 265/75/16 tires w/ a more aggressive tread
1a. Seriously considering OME top plate spacers(10mm)
    2. Sliders
    3. All-pro expedition rear spring packs
    4. 4runner seats
    5. Some aux. lighting front and rear
    6. Locker in the rear

When it warms up, I will be painting the grill surround, sim bead-lock rings and the toolbox black.

i like the wheel combo looking good so far

edit: I like the red beadlock, the wheel painted black with the beadlock red would look sick

I have also ditched the bug shield and am seriously considering blacking out all of the chrome.

You don't live in the mountains of NC do you? I was up there this weekend and saw a Red Ext. Cab with the Red accents on the wheels..It had dog boxes in the back.

Nah, I live in south central PA. I hear you on the red rock rings. They were there when I bought it. I have been toying w/ the idea of painting them black or having them chromed to match the wheels.

Paint day tomorrow. Beadlocks are getting some black paint and I may deal w/ the toolbox paint catastrophe.

Fixed the toolbox w/ bedliner in a can. Looks way better than before. Probably gonna strip the Plasti-dip of the beadlocks and hit them w/ the bedliner too. Hoping to get some tax return $$ to do some new tires!
