I have 2001 tacoma double cab with a 6in trailmaster lift ive grown out of the lifted trucks and would like to trade for the stock parts to drop mine back down i would need upper controll arms, cross member, stock 16in wheels and tires. I have a set of mickey thompson classic locks wraped with 305/75/16 mud dawgs with good tread in order to do the swap you would have to be willin to travel to tuscaloosa or have a place to do the swap this is my everyday driver so i cant take the lift off till i have the parts to go back on i have considered trade trucks with someone i would take anything newer than a 96 tacoma has to be a v6 and extended cab transmission is not important i can drive a stick with around 130,000 miles [IMG]

well the one i found you can order through any autozone or other car place.... but i have also been told that it may take a little bit of machining to make it fit and others said it fits good enough...

but other than that idk cuz i will be selling my before i change it

yea i called trailmaster and got the part number and raised hell as to why they would sell a lift this unreliable but i bought the truck with the lift and learned lesson im sure cumminsdiesel is backin out from our conversation but ive tried sellin it local and ive told everybody that looked at it i wasnt pleased with the lift its only has about a inch of travel between bumpstops and i think i lost ground clearence with the lift. im more or less wantin wantin wheels and tires for mine so i dont have to buy them there is plenty of totaled tacomas in tuscaloosa for the stock parts i wish i knew of a way to keep the main guts of the lift go to something different than a sturt to replace the upper control arms
