nerf bars, deckplate mod, billys 5100 all the way round with an aal in back

my trans wasnt shifting out of first and i gave up trying to fix it so i took it to the mechanic and he said he has never seen anything like that and the only fix he could figure out is to swap trans so if anybody has one near hattiesburg,ms let me know 9199244161
