They will fit your 95.5 as long as it is a Tacoma, and not a pickup. Nitrogen usually runs $20 or less to charge up two shocks. For adjustment, I believe it's 0" to 3" but on a 4wd you don't want to go more than 2" because any more will lead to your cv boots tearing quicker.

The rebuild is rather easy. You can order seal kits that come with all be rubber seals to replace all the existing seals. It sounds to me like you are out of shock oil, or one of your wiper seals is bad. What parts are you lubricating? If you want help with a rebuild shoot me a PM and I can help you out.

I'm lubricating where the rod enters the shock body. I think it may be a wiper because it rides decent although I did buy them on the truck so I can't compare with new or freshly serviced shocks. I will look into that rebuild kit. Is it available only through Fabtech? The only other thing id worry about is what shocks will I roll on while I'm rebuilding them? Lol it's my DD

Right on. I will search for rebuild kits and see if I can't get one ordered
