I hate to do this but I'm forced to sell my beloved 1998 Tacoma I just purchased 6 months ago. I'm the second owner of this vehicle. I promise you, you will not find another 1st gen tacoma this clean. The underneath looks like it just rolled off the showroom in 1998 and so does the engine.

It is a 1998 Tacoma, black, 4x4, v6, automatic, factory tan leather, factory sunroof!(super rare), factory radio w/ Ipod adaptor, cold a/c, brand new set of all terrains.

EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECT! (4wd, a/c, pwr windows, engine oil changed last week).

135,000 miles, owned in rust free Alabama and is currently located in Auburn, Alabama about 1hr 1/2 from Atlanta.

I just wanted to post it on here first because I know some tacoma fanatics on here like me can appreciate how clean this truck is and rare the sunroof option is.

Price is $11,500. I will post it on eBay in a couple weeks if no hits on here

    Geez louise that's beautiful.

I'm curious how you incorporated an ipod adapter into a 98 factory radio.

its a $100 adapter I found online I'll try and find you the website. I dont like the look of the A/c adapter ones or the ones that go through a tape player. I just press my factory cd player button once and I can play my ipod, iphone and pandora and even change songs using the seek buttons. I'm going to try and find the website and post it on here its really cool.

    Schaweet.

I would really appreciate that. I have a double din factory head unit and no CD changer. Wonder if that throws a wrench in the equation?

btw - GLWS you sure are going to make someone a happy new owner of your truck

Call up the guys at www.cd4car.com tell them what kind of cd player you have and they will send you an adapter for $100 that plugs into the back of your factory radio. It has incredibly clear sound. They are the only people i've found that makes anything like this besides a $400 JL Audio Cleansweep!

The only first gen I've seen with leather interior, that is sweet looking. Never realized that was an option...

Hey wow u must of done a lot of searching to find this thread I made it about 2 years ago. Ya I sold the truck to my best friend who still has it and can only sell it back to me one day or keep it forever. It is without a doubt the cleanest old body style tacoma anyone has ever seen. And the black exterior with factory tan leather and sunroof made it a 1 in 1,000 truck if not 1 in 2,000 (very very rare). When I got the truck it looked like it came out of a time capsule and luckily I was able to sell it to my best friend who is going to keep it that way. He finished the truck exactly how I would of: ARB bumper, 33x10.50 km2s on the factory wheels, 2.5" leveling kit. Perfection..

Only reason I sold it was because my boats were getting too large to be towed with a tacoma so I had to get a full size truck.
