WTT: 97 Civic for 4cyl Tacoma PA/NJ

Just bought a 97 Civic for a commuter car and have been thinking about getting a little 4cyl Tacoma instead

181,500 miles
Automatic
Manual mirrors and door locks
New timing belt and water pump
Just bought new AC compressor just haven't put it in yet
Excellent body for being 15 yo with the exception of some clear coat coming off of deck lid
Windows get stuck in weather stripping when rolling them up once in awhile.
Good Tires
Good interior
Very smooth running car (64 miles daily)

Windows get stuck in weather stripping when rolling them up once in awhile.

This seems to be a common problem with Civics. I have had two of them and have had trouble with the windows going up and down. Arms break, rubber seal gets jammed, won't go up all the way falls off track etc..We also have problems with our 03 accord. The window regulator keeps burning out. Honda builds a good car but can't get the windows figured out.
