Sorry to hear of your illness, I also have several bad illnesses so I know what you are going through.
I would like to see a "Good" complete set of pictures, especially the frame.
you can send them to my email address.

Currently I am "house bound" no vehicle to drive!! My son has been coming down and taking me to get groceries, but he leaves Aug 10 and won't be back before Aug 15. So I won't be able to see it or make you an offer till he is back.

Question: Why do you not know when the frame was replaced don't you have the paperwork? Toyota provides the paperwork and a guarantee of the work, if you didn't own the vehicle at that time, I strongly suggest you get it from the other owner or Toyota. They will have the trucks "VIN" number on record showing everything.

    Take care.

Hey I never responded to that question sorry, I bought the truck from a dealer so I imagine the previous owner had it done. I'll do a little homework this week and get you some better pictures this weekend. Only had one day off last week

OP, my father has been looking for a specific Tacoma in the Maryland (Hagerstown) area as well, but they are rare and running at premium up there, even down here in Texas, but not as much. I scored my first Tacoma in Washington state in 2009 and it was a hard find then. My S-Runner kind of fell into my lap during an unexpected financially positive time, but I still had to travel to Arizona to get her.

Anywho, good luck man, you're gonna need it.

Hi Garet, I’ve been sitting here thinking about the things in your reply to my post, and believe I was to hasty in changing my post/search range to just Maryland because it's in the salt belt and not many choices seem to be coming up.
I've looked at a number of trucks that people swear there is no frame rust, they just checked, then when I crawl under I can pull off pieces of rusted frame sometomes as big as a .50 cent coin or tap it with a hammer and it go's right through! This is after I and my Son have driven for 1 to 4 hours to look at there truck! Why they lie is a mystery to me.

I'm going to have to change my post again, to expand my search, the "moderator" probably isn't going to like me much for doing this, LOL.

Things are really starting to suck, I've been without transportation now for over a month.
Once again thanks for the reply and tell your father I wish him luck.

Yeah, like you said, the salt belt. I am from Maryland originally, born and raised, and they really do salt the snot out of the roads, especially when it's going to freeze after a snow melt... which why I was so lucky to get a salt free truck while I was in the Northwest. Down here in Texas, the dealerships usually get their vehicles from auction out of Nevada or something, which is great too -- even the exhausts are relatively rust free down here :).

I'm actually coming up to Maryland this winter with my S-Runner, it's a shame you're not my pops as I'd find you a rig down here and drive it up there for ya (as my father has considered having me do), haha.
