I am looking for a 1999-2004 1st generation Toyota Tacoma, SR5, TRD, extended cab. I prefer Black, Silver, but will consider other colors.
Automatic, V6, power windows/doors, 4 X 4, bucket seats, intermittent wipers. Basically Stock TRD from factory and no "super chargers".

I do not want any vehicle with a rusted up frame! Please be honest about this. Condition can be checked out for your vehicle through "Kelly Blue Book" if you need to. No trucks from the hurricanes that devastated New York/New Jersey coastline that have been submerged in water.

I realize a couple nicks may possibly be on the truck do to age or where you live.

Please email me at: chook2r@hotmail.com with SR5,TRD in the subject line.

I am not a dealer, just a guy looking for a Tacoma in great condition. Dealers must identify themselves up front as being a dealer !!

Can you send some more pictures, has the frame been treated with rust proofing, are they the only wheels?

Frame has not been treated for Rust proofing its an AZ truck=no rust. The wheels are stock steelies aka "spare tire wheels" and are all matching. What specific pictures do you want?

Why are you so set on the frame treatment? If there's no rust there's no need for it to be treated

Changeling, if your looking for that specific of a vehicle I wish you luck. It's always gratifying to find exactly what you have been looking for. I will sell you my truck given that the supply is low and your demand seems uncharacteristically high for a used vehicle, it will be a firm premium price. I could use that kind of cash for an engagement ring and down payment on a house. My truck is flawless, she is babied in order to perform well on the trails when I need her to. No half assing any repairs, new cv axles simply because the boot clamp slipped on the axle toward the differential, no tear just moved position, Paper work to prove it. Bilstein 5100 Shocks installed by same mechanic that did the axles, as well as alignment, paper work on that also. Cooper ATP 265/75r16 with 8,000 miles on them. My offer stands to sell the truck if your offer is in reason with your "specifications". The only thing missing from your requirements are that you prefer a black truck. Best of luck.

Here is the vin 5TEWN72N83Z206202 run a car fax for your peace of mind.
I am not the original owner but I know them and I know it was well taken care of when I bought it with 63,000 miles.
I wasn't looking to sell my truck, but money talks and I can use that cash.
If you want an investment then the car fax will prove it. The truck is gold to me and anyone on this forum would think the same of theirs, most wouldn't sell regardless.
I wouldn't sell it for less that $17,000 I don't doubt you can find one for less cash with 120k miles, mine has 84,000.
High in price yes I know, high in supply not at all, your demand ????.

This seems to be some kind of joke to you guys, I have no intention of spending that kind of money. Check out the value of your trucks on blue book.

Everybody kind of needs to shut the fuck up and move on. OP is looking for a specific truck.

So what. How the fuck does that affect any of you at all. If you're not selling the truck he's looking for, move on. Don't have to stick around in here and stir shit. That's how bans happen.

I deleted a lot of bullshit posts in this thread. Except for the OP's replies, many of the posts that were removed, now have the members on the Mods shit list. Post another post like this in another thread, and you will be banned. If you have any questions, tough. PM's about them will be ignored. If you have to ask "Am I on the shit list?", then odds are, you are.

chris4x4 thanks, now maybe things will become a little more civilized, I'm not a prude by any stretch of the imagination !
There's a time for guys kidding around and a time that they should act like adults instead of delinquent children, hopefully they have learned something, however I have my doubts!

    Thanks again.
