Hey Paranoid, Remember the one that you made for me that goes in the 1st gen ashtray area that had the switch openings, and then the round hole for the winch connector? Can you make one identical to that, but with two of the switch openings HORIZONTAL instead of vertical? Let me know is you can do this.

Hey Bennett, does your aftermarket radio have it's own bracket? Sometimes the aftermarket brackets for the radio are not real well centered with the factory location, which will put the switch bracket a little low. Just a thought, but remove the radio/switch bracket as a whole and check to see if everything is bolted together just right, and lined up with the factory holes. I had a similar issue with mine, and ended up getting a different aftermarket radio bracket. Once I did that the switches were perfect. Mind you mine didn't rub on the radio trim bezel, but it was closer than I liked it to be.

I'm fairly certain I removed all and just used the factory mounting bracket but I will take it out and confirm on Wednesday. Thanks for the tip

I can, however, i normally only do these on the weekend, and i will be out camping this weekend. but let me see what i can draw up for you.
hmm, not sure why its doing that, maybe try loosing up the two panels and push it up a bit to give a little more room. if it still fails, send it back and i can refund you. dont want any unhappy customers :D

Yeah x2 on what the others said. It's probably just an alignment issue. I have almost the exact radio as well (but daystar switches) and I have no rub issues. I actually have tiny gaps.

I take it that you are talking about the switch that enables/disables the pass. side airbag. If so, it doesn't hurt anything. I did it about 3 times this weekend and have done it a bunch in the past as well.

I was able to resolve my issue today. What happened was I had the exterior trim (lip) on my radio when I installed the switch plate. Well when I reassembled everything, to get the dash together I had to take off the exterior trim (lip) of the radio. I totally forgot about it, and when I took it apart I realized there was a gap between the plate and radio. loosen bolts, readjusted and tightened. no more rubbing. boy am i much happier now!

big thanks for stepping up to the plate and honoring your product regardless of what was to arise from the situation.
