    91,xxx miles.

I bought this truck from a used car dealership. I had it inspected by a mechanic and bought it thinking I only needed to put $500 in it to make it mechanically sound. IE replacing the the upper ball bearings.

Well, that mechanic sucked and I got fucked. After I bought it, I took it to "The Truck Shop" down here in Southern California who specializes Tacoma's. I ended up having to put $3,493 into it. I have the receipt. All the work was done at the Truck Shop. Brand new everything.

After market uni ball joints, shocks, lift, k&n cold air intake, exhaust, custom bumper.

Brand new tires, breaks, uni balls, bushings, spark plugs, timing belts, water pump, alternators, fluids...you name it.

A/C, Power Windows, CD Player, Cruise all work.

Clean Title. The used car dealership bought it from an auction and because the bumper is welded on it is considered "frame damage". After doing some research that is how the auctioneers have to disclose it.

It needs the front blinkers fixed and a horn which I received a quote for and together would be $150. That is including both parts and labor.

The interior is in average shape. Mechanically this truck is perfect.

I have over $18,000 invested into this truck. I will part with it for $14,000.

I am selling it because I need some cash back.

I wasn't expecting to put $3,500 into it. My loss is your gain.

I have the car fax history report.

I am located in San Diego, CA.

My name is Ryan. PM me for anything you need answered!

so you are saying it is a salvage title?

and, whoever your mechanic was, you should have wacked him up the side of his head.

More than just wacked him up side the head! haha

A salvage title is a form of vehicle title branding, which notes that the vehicle has been damaged and/or deemed a total loss by an insurance company that paid a claim on it.

I don't have the front fender flares.

These lights are the only thing I have. Do they work? I don't know. I'm not mechanically savvy enough to wire them up. They are just taking up space in my house.

I'll give them away for a case of beer. Sculpin please. :D

looks like it was just the normal maintenance for a 100k mile 1st gen. I don't see the problem.

The title isn't "Branded" anything. It does note "Frame Damage" and "Structural Alteration". I am out of town due to work. I can send you a pic when I am back.

None of that says anything about frame damage or structural damage. Do you have the title or is there a lien on the truck?

Back in town. Here is a picture of the title. I thought it mentioned something about some kind of damage.
