okay i got a friend with an 02 4runner, very similar to the later 1st gen tacos

when he hits around 50 mph his truck shakes/studders any suggestions as to what it is

im thinking it may need new plugs and wires he said it doesnt happen all the time

also if i change out the tailshafts and trim and balance the output shaft from a 2wd 4runner would it work in his truck?
