I had thought about this before, but didn't know how it would look. Those look amazing in your truck.

I pulled up to another Taco a couple months ago who's owner was standing next to it, we got to talking and saw that he had a set of Recaro racing seats installed. Looked absolutely awesome, but he said it was quite a bit of work getting them to work.

The better aftermarket seats (Recaro, König, Corbeau) are the *easiest* seats to install ...

Wedge Engineering offers bases / mounts to fit up Recaros into a Tacoma - making it all of a 15 minute job.

The power to the driver's seat uses the OEM power circuit for that seat (S-Runners and Limiteds had the power lumbar option) with a relay installed so the seat electricals aren't active unless the ignition is activated.

I contacted Recaro's engineering department to check on the total load for all the power accessories (2 fans, heater, power recline, 2 powered lumbars), and they confirmed the load with everything going at once was well within bounds for the 30A OEM fuse on that line.
