Power windows slow

    881 Front coils, Bilstien 5100's all the way front set to "0" Icon Dynamic's mini leafs in rear, stock tires.
    My windows seem a little slow need to lub the window channel's any ideas on what to use and how difficult is it to get the door panels off with out breaking anything?

    I sprayed some silicone in the track's with the windows down and will see if that seems to speed them up.
