Got them from my window/tint guy. What the problem is, when i turn them on. Sometimes one doesn't turn on. Another problem is, since I have the hi/lo kit. When I hit the hi beams on. One like shuts off. I'm at the point on giving up and going back to stock lights

I had that same issue. I however purchased mine from here through slimcubby and he replaced mine no charge. He is just good like that. My issues were identical to yours (in some ways), first my passenger side light would take longer to turn on full force. Then 1 day just quit working. That was 8 months into ownership. Everything was good for a while, then the drivers side wouldn't go from hi to low. One day it didn't turn on so I switched to hi beam which was fine however it then would not go back to low the drivers side would stay hi while the pass was in low mode. I messaged slim and he hooked me up for the 2nd time. If I were you I would contact him and see if he has some spare ballast that may work with your setup. Would be worth a shot. Good luck.

I think it could have something to do with the wiring. DDM makes a HID kit wiring harness..

    Just a suggestion.

Luk, where would I contact slim and if you don't mind, how much was your kit?
@Trd, I'm sure it isn't the harness. Reason bring if that was the problem. It would be doing it all the time and it doesn't.

    slimcubby

Contact him here. He organizes the largest HID group buy on this site.

I paid around $200 for my 6000k headlights (hi/low) and fog.
