shaken shifters
hi, i have a 04 dc with auto trans, both transfer case and trans shifters shake alot while rollin down the road. I recently lifted truck 6 inches and now shaken is worst. anybody else havin this problem?
I did check motor and trans mounts and they look allright

The trans shifter in my 99 would shake front to back quite a bit, it was a prerunner so no 4x4 shifter

I was told that the shake because they are not hard mounted they are mounted via rubbers. I never looked into it any further because I had a friend that has owned tacomas for a long time and he told me all 4 of his did this. Now I thought it was weird that they (dealership) said nothing was hard mounted because every vehicle is mounted to the vehicle the same way, with rubber mounts. But there it is. I now on a 2007 and it does not shake go figure.
