2nd Gen TRD Seats in 1st Gen?

My buddy has a 2008 TRD Taco PreRunner.
I like his seats and want them in my first Gen.
My seats are ok, but it kinda feels like Im sitting on a lawn chair
after a while. Will these fit?

Thanks,

-Paul

Didn't the 01-04 limited tacomas have upgraded seats? Maybe you should look for some of those.
