I have saved up my money since december for my lift and exhaust and each week added to the install is killin me, so i was just wondering how impatient you guys have been over new mods? has it led to irritable or violent behavior?;)

I've played it both ways and just charged stuff to get it rolling... but now with house payments and such I'm more of the save up and then do it type... my poor projects have been neglected ever since I decided to act like an adult LOL

Credit + impatience = current economic situation (well that and a few other things).

I guess it's good I took my credit cards and gave them to the wife awhile ago, otherwise, my Taco would be 3" taller, have some new shoes, and have a bit more of a whine when you step on the gas.

But I will say this for patience, using it makes you really think if you absolutely need to do a mod. Like new wheels and tires, if your going to have to put new tires on soon, save up and just do both. Brakes, if you wanna upgrade and you know you'll need new rotors too? Save up and get some tundra calipers while your at it and upgrade your brakes. Just wait till your "wear" items are in need of replacing and then when you go to replace them, just get the upgraded version for a few bucks more. Slowly over time you'll get exactly what you want.

    THANK YOU.

Jesus Christ guys. Unless you're paying off these charged items before the interest hits, you're out of your minds. 12 - 20% compound MONTHLY interest on a purchase you don't need?

The only thing on my truck that isn't paid off is the truck.
