Could you make me a video or else explain to me a little better about it? Is it coming from the front or the back? Do you feel/hear it when you shift, and only when you shift? Does it seem to affect how the truck runs? There are a lot of things that can go screech...

And it is a screech? Not a crunching or grinding sound right? Things I can think of right off the top of my head is that maybe you have a transmission issue or else your exhaust may be sliding around on the hangers or something. Check all of the hang points of the exhaust and also check to make sure to make sure that your exhaust isn't touching metal to metal anywhere...

if its coming from the back i would check the diff. idk if that would cause the weird shifting behavior though

Grease your drive shaft lately? I had a screeching sound from the back, thought it was the brakes but It turns out that my drive shaft was dry.
