2nd gen chrome wheels fit on 1st gen?

    I got a set of the 2nd gen Tacoma chrome wheels and Im going to buy my new tires tomorrow 265/75/16 will these wheels and tires fit on my 1st
    gen without any major rubbing or issues? I have searched but want to make sure before I buy the tires. Help asap please thanks! :D

    You shouldn't have any issues, it will be close to the UCA with 265/75/16, but you should be fine.

    Thats what I was afraid of. But I have seen 1st gens with the 16" Alluminum wheels, so Im guessing those are the same wheel specs as these but they just look different? Cause they all come off 2nd gen Tacomas with the 16" wheel so they should all fit the same way?

    well turns out the center bore is to small for my manual hubs. now I gotta buy new wheels (wich Im happy about) but have NO clue what the specs are I need to be a perfect fit with my manual hubs!:mad:

    Deck plate mod, rhino lined, A.r.e. flush glass shell, 265/75/16 Duratrac's, MB72 rims, Full OME lift, Dakars in the rear, Tint allround
    Yea i just put the same size tires on mine, no rubbing but its close! prob like 1/4 inch all the way cranked. Rubs a bit if the wheel is turned all the way and you go over a bump..You'll just have to lift her then:D

    Give Discount tire a try! They were real friendly and knew what rim to put with the Tacoma (offset with the 267/75/16)
