debadged, deflapped, flowmaster 40 series, tinted windows, tinted tails, clear corners, black grill surround, deck plate mod, white led's in the dash, black stock rims, pioneer deck
I know there are threads out here on this already but none of them show what they used. Ive got the chrome surround and want to go black with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sand it down with some fine sandpaper to give the primer/paint something to adhere to. Prime it and paint it, then finish it off with some clear coat :)

I'd say 2 coats of primer, 3-4 coats of paint and 3-4 coats of clear coat. Make sure the paint and clear coat are for high gloss so it looks all shiny and pretty when finished. I'm sure a napa or checker can help you out with more detailed questions. :D
